Support Houston

We are with Houston! The Florida United Methodist Church is asking all of us to step up and reach out to our brothers and sisters affected by Hurricane Harvey in Houston, TX and the surrounding areas. Here are a few things that we are asking of everyone at FUMC Dunedin:

1) Pray for Houston, those whose lives have been impacted by Harvey, and the early response teams.
2) Donate to UMCOR. The United Methodist Committee on Relief is well-equipped to meet immediate needs in Texas. You can be assured that 100% of donations go directly to help bring relief. You can donate directly to the Harvey Fund here.
3) Hygiene Kits are needed by UMCOR. Help us put together these small, essential kits to help folks in dire need. We’ll be talking about this on Sunday, but if you feel so inspired start gathering essentials now. Details on the kit are below and also available here.
